Odisha Civil Liberty Forum (OCLF in short hereinafter) is a Regd. Organization having its operation in 30 Districts of Odisha reaching to about 40 millions population till the Panchayat The beneficiaries as well as the State/Union Government are patronizing this Organization.

OCLF strives towards ensuring Dignity for the Citizens in an independent Nation and upholding the majesty of the Constitution of the India. The focus and purpose is primarily to disseminate Constitutional awareness in among the masses, which include the concept of Human Rights and Civil Liberty.

OCLF has been working since 1999 and it has developed its District Chapters/Units and they are operating in full-fledged manner involving themselves in the daily activities of the District addressing problems of the citizens in Police Station, Revenue Offices, Forest Offices and District level Legal forums including Courts.
